Wall Sawing

Wall sawing can be used to form openings, remove mass, straighten up old slabs, part walls or slabs from existing buildings or simply to carve items up for removal from site. The wall (track saws) are perfect for walls, floors and ceilings on more flatter surfaces. The wire saws come into their own on large awkward shaped structures as the satilite pullys can be set up where needed.
As can be seen by this photo, the wall saw is being used on brackets to straighten up the end of this large slab, once cut and removed starter bars and steel can be used to tie in a new slab

Wire Sawing

Wire sawing can be used to form openings, remove mass, straighten up old slabs, part walls and floors from existing structures and is extremly versitile. This method of cutting comes into its own as the shape, size & depth of the structure is not a problem. The wire is wrapped around the structure or passed through pre cut holes then through the pullys and reconnected and tensioned by the machine. The machine keeps tension on the wire as its cutting through.
